We love working with new businesses who are just getting going and need extra help in the bookkeeping area, but have found that our flat rate pricing for full-charge bookkeeping just isn't going to cut it for their budget. They may only temporarily need Receivable and Payable help...or they may have the data entry part covered, but just need a professional eye for the bank reconciliations. With our method, we can still help those businesses we are passionate about and make sure they get the professional accounting they need without having to sacrifice anything. 

This "pick and choose" method works great for new and for established businesses. How? Because the way we have packaged and priced these "products" it can benefit all business sizes. 

There is no contract, you can decide to not continue with our services next month...or you can simply "pause" it until you are ready to get going again, this ensures your pricing will stay the same. Say you're having a rough month, but you don't want to lose the relationship you've started with problem! We understand. Simply pause our services and we will patiently wait for you to return in the coming months.

Bank Reconciliation is when you compare and confirm what you have in the accounting software is what is reported on your bank statement.  

This is essential to keep in check. This process ensures what you are looking at on your profit and loss is truly accurate. It's an easily overlooked task to new business owners. Many aren't aware of what it actually is...they've heard talk about this reconciliation nonsense...probably agreed it's being done...when really they're doing the "Smile and Nod". 

And that's ok! That's why we are here. This is a very necessary step in keeping sound financials. If you leave it till the end of the year for your tax accountant to take care of...chances are they will find quite a mess and will charge you a high premium to get it cleaned up. 

That's why it's essential to keep up with it each month. It will definitely save you from heartache in the longrun. 

What we will do for you: 

  • Setup or connect to your accounting software 
  • Connect to your bank account 
  • Reconcile your bank and credit card accounts by the 5th business day of each month
